David Ssemakula
Founder & Head Executive Coach

David founded Elevate Consulting Uganda after 14 years in senior HR and organisational development roles at some of Uganda's largest corporations, including a decade with an international NGO network spanning East Africa.

Having been on both sides of the table — as a professional seeking mentorship and as a senior leader responsible for developing others — David understood intimately the gap in high-quality, culturally intelligent coaching in Uganda.

David holds an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, a Master's in Organisational Psychology from Makerere University, and has completed advanced programmes at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in Johannesburg.
