Our Story

From a Kampala Office to Uganda's Most Trusted Coaching Partner

Elevate Consulting Uganda was founded in 2014 by a group of experienced professionals who saw a critical gap in Uganda's corporate landscape: talented people and capable organisations held back not by lack of intelligence or ambition, but by underdeveloped soft skills, unclear career direction, and siloed teams.

Starting from a modest office in Nakasero, Kampala, we worked with our first cohort of clients — a mix of mid-level managers and young professionals eager to grow. Word spread quickly. The results were tangible: people got promoted, teams became more cohesive, leaders became more effective.

Today, Elevate Consulting Uganda serves over 500 individuals and 40+ organisations across Kampala, Entebbe, Jinja, and Gulu. We remain as committed as ever to the belief that professional excellence is possible for every Ugandan who chooses to invest in themselves.
