Everything you need to know about working with Elevate Consulting Uganda. Can't find your answer? Contact us directly — we're always happy to help.
Professional coaching is a structured, forward-focused partnership between a certified coach and a client. Unlike mentoring — where the mentor shares their own experiences and advice — a coach asks powerful questions to help you discover your own solutions, clarity, and direction.
A good coach doesn't tell you what to do. They help you understand yourself more deeply, identify what's holding you back, and support you in taking purposeful action toward your goals.
Coaching works best when you are ready to reflect honestly, take action, and invest real effort between sessions. It's ideal if you are at a career crossroads, want to grow as a leader, are struggling with professional challenges, or simply want to perform at your best.
We recommend booking a free 30-minute discovery call so we can explore together whether coaching is the right fit for your current situation. There's no obligation and no pressure.
Getting started is simple. You can:
We'll arrange a free discovery call to understand your goals and recommend the most appropriate programme for you.
This depends on the service you choose. Our individual coaching programmes typically run for 3–6 months, with sessions held bi-weekly or weekly. Our communication and team workshops run between 1–5 days. Leadership programmes are typically 3–6 months of blended learning.
We also offer single coaching sessions for specific, focused conversations if you prefer a lighter-touch engagement.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our coaching practice. Everything you share in a coaching session stays between you and your coach. We adhere strictly to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, which places client confidentiality as a non-negotiable principle.
The only exception would be a legal obligation to disclose — which is an extremely rare situation that your coach would discuss with you openly.
Both options are available. We offer coaching sessions in person at our Kampala office, as well as via video call (Zoom or Google Meet) and phone call for clients outside Kampala or those who prefer remote sessions.
Many of our clients who start with in-person sessions continue with a mix of in-person and online depending on their schedule. Both formats deliver excellent results.
Your first session is a discovery and intake conversation. Your coach will get to know you — your background, your goals, your challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. This session sets the foundation for your entire coaching journey.
You'll leave with a clearer sense of direction and a preliminary development plan. Most clients find their first session both energising and clarifying.
Our pricing is transparent. Individual sessions start at UGX 350,000. Our monthly Growth package (4 sessions + full development support) is UGX 2.8 million per month. Enterprise and team packages are priced by proposal based on your specific requirements.
We believe in value-based pricing — the investment in coaching consistently delivers a return that far exceeds the cost. Many clients recoup their investment through a promotion, salary increase, or business growth within months of completing their programme.
Yes. We understand that coaching is an investment and we want to make it accessible. We offer flexible payment plans for multi-session programmes — typically spread across 2–3 monthly payments. We're happy to discuss what works best for your budget during your discovery call.
Absolutely, and many of our individual clients have their coaching funded by their organisations as part of professional development budgets. We provide formal invoices and programme descriptions suitable for corporate approval processes.
If you'd like help making the case to your employer, we also have a one-page "Making the Business Case for Coaching" document we're happy to share with you.
Yes — and this is actually one of our strengths. We work closely with HR directors and senior leadership teams to design fully customised coaching, training, and consulting programmes that address your organisation's specific challenges and strategic goals.
We'll begin with a thorough organisational needs assessment before proposing any solution. Contact us to arrange an initial consultation.
Yes. We have delivered programmes in Entebbe, Jinja, Gulu, Mbarara, and Fort Portal. For organisations outside Kampala, we typically combine on-site facilitation with remote coaching sessions to keep costs practical.
We also work with Ugandan diaspora professionals and East African clients remotely via video coaching.
We know that choosing a coaching partner is a significant decision. We want you to feel completely confident and informed before you begin your journey with us.
Our team is available by phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person to answer any questions you have — no matter how big or small. We'd rather take the time to get the right fit than rush you into something that isn't perfect for your situation.
Your growth is too important for anything less than the right partnership.
