We begin with a comprehensive discovery session — a relaxed, confidential conversation where we get to know you, your background, your aspirations, and the specific challenges you're facing.
We may also conduct diagnostic assessments such as a DISC personality profile, a 360-degree feedback survey, or a strengths assessment to give us a complete picture of where you are today.
Based on what we've learned, we work together to co-create your personalised development roadmap. This is a concrete, written document with clear goals, specific milestones, and agreed timelines.
We make it ambitious yet realistic. Every goal is defined in a way that both of us can measure and celebrate — because progress you can see is progress that keeps you motivated.
This is the heart of our work together — the regular, structured coaching sessions where real growth happens. Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes, held bi-weekly or weekly depending on your programme.
Between sessions, we assign real-world practice exercises, reflection prompts, and reading resources tailored to your goals. Our coaches are available via WhatsApp for light-touch support between sessions.
At the close of each programme, we conduct a thorough review session to assess what has changed, what has been achieved, and what the path forward looks like. We produce a written summary report for each client.
We also put in place sustainability structures — habits, systems, and accountability mechanisms — so the growth you've achieved continues long after our formal engagement ends. Many clients choose to continue with maintenance coaching after completing their programme.
